We're in a winter weather advisory right now and the snow is coming down! At dismissal there was freezing rain and now it's nothing but huge, beautiful, white flakes falling. Unfortunately, we used our last snow day last Friday, so this one {if it happens} will cost us. There's a lady at my church who lights a blue candle for the teachers and every time she does, there has been a snow day this year. I have mixed feelings though...but sleeping in tomorrow sounds delightful and then going longer into the school year doesn't.
If I did have a snow day though that would mean that I would get to meet my grandma's new dog!
Meet Spot! Isn't he adorable?

Um...Thursday too? Yeah right.... Ha!
Any bloggy friends out there hoping for a snow day?

Snow days are the best. Today is my fourth consecutive snow day. We were fortunate to have a gorgeous weekend in the middle. Enjoy and stay warm.

I live in Michigan and my district rarely has snow days. We have had 2 so far this year (new superintendent), so it is possible from what I hear (and the snow day calculator says so too:) My old superintendent really did not like them, as there would be days when Detroit did not have school, but we still did. I am hoping for one:) I can see how you would have mixed feelings though. Fingers crossed, spoon under pillow, etc. :)
