1. I have a cocker spaniel named Thumper

4. I have a very small class this year---8 (last year I had 17)

5. In the summer, I am a servant leader intern for the CDF Freedom

   School program---this program is AMAZING

6. I'm going to Bogota, Colombia for a second time this June on Mission

   Trip with my Church.

1. What is your favorite thing about the blogging world? Getting a bunch of fantastic ideas to try out in my classroom. :) 
2. What is one thing you would tell a 1st year teacher? Try not to get overwhelmed and ask for help when you need it! :) 
3. If you could do whatever you wanted without going back to school, what would you choose? Graphic designer
4. What is the best concert you've been to? David Crowder Band 
5. When did you realize you wanted to be a teacher? My freshman year in college
6. Who was your most inspiring teacher, and why? My eighth grade english teacher because she helped me to discover that writing wasn't so bad. :) 
7. What is your favorite unit that you've created for TN or TpT or that you've bought? I really enjoyed making my Valentine's Day Math Games unit on TpT. I've loved all the things that I have purchase from Cara Carrol from the first grade parade. 
8. Where do you like to shop for your teaching clothes? The clearance rack of my fav. stores...Gap, Old Navy, Maurices, Kohls, and Macys
9. How do you use parents in your classroom? Parents volunteer to drive for our field trips (we don't have a bus!), they help me photocopy, get projects around, and read with students. 
10. What is your favorite holiday to celebrate in your classroom? Christmas because since I teach at a Christian school we can talk about the real meaning of the season. :) 
11. What is the best date you've been on?  12. What is one thing you'd change about your house, apartment, town home, etc.?
